By booking services with PU Cleaning Services (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:
All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition, size, or scope of the property differs from what was disclosed.
Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property. If access is not available at the scheduled time, a cancellation or lock-out fee may apply.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial clients may be invoiced under agreed contract terms (Net 7, Net 15, or Net 30).
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address reasonable issues reported within that timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse service in environments that pose safety risks, including hazardous materials, pest infestations, or unsafe conditions.
This agreement outlines the scope of cleaning services provided by PU Cleaning Services.
Services will be performed as outlined in the approved estimate, service checklist, or contract agreement.
Services will be performed on agreed-upon dates and times. Recurring services will follow the established schedule unless modified in writing.
PU Cleaning Services provides professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
PU Cleaning Services operates as an independent contractor and is responsible for its employees, insurance, and operational practices.
We maintain general liability coverage. Certificates of insurance may be provided upon request for commercial clients.
We understand that schedules change. To respect our team’s time:
Residential cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Commercial clients must provide notice according to contract terms.
Same-day cancellations may result in a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not issued once services have been completed. However, we will gladly return to address any service-related concerns reported within 24 hours.
PU Cleaning Services takes every precaution to protect your property.
If damage occurs during service, it must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from:
Pre-existing wear and tear
Improper installation of fixtures
Fragile or unstable items
Normal deterioration
Clients are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, and high-value items prior to service.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided unless otherwise required by law.
